- Proficiency with MS office applications (Word, Excel)
- SITCA license preferred
工作內容：
- KYC Database maintenance
- Prepare Daily Screening Review report
- Follow-up investigations on WorldCheck, FSC penalty announcement, negative news
- Export Individual Screening report and finalize Review report (ASL, MOEA changes etc)
- Ongoing KYC Solution support
- To assist with ongoing FI sanction log, Financial Crime Mgmt Info
- To assist with regular AML requests from distributors (UBO & Senior Mgmt declaration, Internal Control Declaration)
- To assist with new AC opening KYC documentation
- To assist with ad-hoc requests from regulator (inspection, survey, etc.)
- To assist with mandates related requests (Monthly Report Delivery, periodical review on portfolio list, investment book update etc.)
- To assist with product on-shelf requests
- To provide administrative support (document filing & scanning, expenses reports etc..)

Department Description
The department operates trade processing, settlement process, cash operations and corporate action, Reconciliation, Accounting control, Static Data maintained and Portfolio on-boarding activities for mandates and onshore funds. In addition, the team will provide operational supports to Investment , Product Development, Marketing team and Sales team etc.


Purpose of your role
The role is required to provide active assistance with CDD requirements. In addition, the role is required to provide immediate assistance to distributors for ad-hoc product requests.
