【Responsibilities】
1. Clean and process the raw data from CRM system of clients. 
2. Interpret and analyze data via statistical techniques and visualize the analytical result into reports with business insights. 
3. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. 
4. Identify the opportunities of further improving data analysis process.

【Qualifications】 
1. University degree in business/science related, with information management major preferable. 
2. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst preferable. 
3. Strong knowledge and experience of databases management and programming language Python (pandas). 
4. Proficient at Microsoft Excel (including but not limited to Excel Functions and Pivot Table), and PowerPoint. 
5. Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with solving undefined problems and challenges. 
6. Excellent communication skills
