J.P. Morgan Securities (Taiwan) Limited is a JPM subsidiary in Taiwan. CIB Operations in JPMCB is looking for a Professional to manage the Cash Equities, F&O and Underwriting Operations in Taiwan.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Manage a 10+ team members of Cash Equities, F&O and Underwriting Operations.
- Have strong knowledge of Securities & F&O processing and regulations
- Lead/Drive/Contribute change managements, including but not limited to system, regulations, policy, process improvement, efficiency and new products
- Constantly drive/lead end-to-end reviews to ensure constant improvement in our products, processing and services delivery to clients
- Keeps abreast of new technologies and applications and their implications for assigned area.
- Promote an effective operation risk environment
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Technology, Sales/Trader, Business Management, Control and Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and other operations groups at strategic level.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, under high pressure
Qualifications:
- Taiwan Senior Broker License
- Taiwan F&O License
Skills/Experience:
- At least 10 years banking/financial experiences with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Interpersonal, Engagement and Partnership skills
- Strong risk and control awareness on product, process and regulations
- Excellent Execution
- People Management and Leadership
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Education:
- Graduate / post-graduate.
