職務名稱：Accounting staff
工作內容：
1. Responsible for the AP and prepare payment vouchers & batches for managers approval.
2. Manage the Intercompany payments and ensure differences are resolved on a timely basis.
3. Coordinate with external accounting firm on payments, bookkeeping and other accounting matters.
4. Assist in monthly/quarterly Asset Management reports including actual cost and budget variance report, accounting schedule and rent roll reports.
5. Assist in administration works.
6. Perform other duties/projects delegated by Managers.
資格條件：
1. Minimum 2 – 5+ years accounting working experience (experience in CPA firm is preferred);
2. Solid working and technically knowledge in accounting;
3. Knowledge in Tax regulations;
4. Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure in a fast pace environment;
5. Hard working attitude, and must be flexible to work over time when necessary;
6. Mature with good interpersonal and communications skills, organized and selfmotivated;
7. Fluency in English is preferable;
8. Degree holder or equivalent with major in accounting or finance is preferable;
