Key Responsibilities
This role sits within the front office and will be working in a dynamic and busy trading floor environment. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain wider exposure to other sales teams.
- Provide an Equity dealing service in Taiwan
- Primarily responsible for execution of foreign and domestic institutional orders
- Coordinate with regional sales traders and the program desk
- Accurately take orders from the Order Processing System / Bloomberg / Phone / Email
- Adopt a dealing style that will be in line with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely and correct updates to clients
- Build foundation of trust with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their needs.
- Hold trusting relationships with a variety of internal partners and help Impact revenue outside of own product area.
Qualifications
- Strong with numbers and able to handle the details in an efficient, accurate manner
- Highly motived and productive team player
- Quick/willing to learn
- Be able to multi-tasking and work under intense pressure
- Fluent in both written/spoken English and Mandarin
