【工作內容】
1. To assist LCV managing director in supporting daily administrative preparation and arranging business schedule and follow up on all secretarial duties. Also support business departments (operational tasks like reporting/ presentation material preparation).
2. Develop and execute CRM campaign to maintain customer’s connection (both private and fleet customers)
3. Promote and implement the Smile Service to all the dealers
4. Plan and support the special marketing projects or events
【Key Responsibilities】
1) LCV MD daily operations - Manage outlook calendar and claim expense claim - Arrange the business trips
2) Brand meeting management
- Directors Meeting (set up and manage appointment, meeting minutes, support follow up on deadlines)/ weekly
- Brand update meeting (set up and manage appointment, agenda, meeting minutes)/ quarterly
- Strategy workshop (set up and manage appointment and book room)/ monthly
- BOM Meeting (inform directors and request for topics, follow up on material deadline 1 day before meeting)
- Support dealer meeting organization (agenda, presentation synchronization)
- Provide overview on brand activities (template, update)
3) Approval documents handling
4) MD office/ Brand special projects support
5) Operational support for business departments
- Marketing project
Note: Point 4 dependent on business departments actual needs; can average up to 50% after points 1-3 run smoothly; usually focused on one department only at any time.
6) Develop and execute CRM campaign to maintain customer’s connection (both private and fleet customers)
- Plan and execute the semi-annual owner magazines to maintain customer’s connection and to optimize the word-of-mouth communication at the customer end.
- Interview various fascinating stories from the owners and dealers.
- Monitor customers’ complaints from all types of sources (i.e. google, official website….) and assist to reply and solve the complaints in time.
7) Promote and implement the Smile Service to all the dealers
- Collect all the touching stories from the services of the sales people to the customers quarterly.
- Evaluate those touching stories and reward the TOP5 quarterly. 8) Plan and support the special marketing projects or events - Specific vehicle’s roadshow events – California - Monthly news highlight
- Support the marketing team to implement the special tasks, such as roadshows and VIP events.
