In this role, you will collaborate closely with the commercial team and external agencies to plan and execute O2O (Online to Offline) programs, continuously enhancing program effectiveness through consumer insights across the entire customer journey.

•Understand and develop O2O2O consumer journey.
•Continue operating Alcon TW LINE program with close collaboration with brand team and agency.
•Develop KPI for any omni channel programs and conduct analysis to keep driving program efficiency with consumer insight through the whole consumer journey.
•Manage SEO/SEM to maximize the opportunity of conversion in lower funnel.
•Increase digital capability across brand team through good partnership with global media agency and local digital agencies.
•Lead quarterly review with agencies to ensure on-brief strategy implementation.
