【商院創新創業辦公室訊/記者郭省吾】 本校商學院創新創業辦公室於 2020年6月3日晚間邀請 Taiwanit Dream LTD ( 逐夢有限公司 ) 創辦人 Meital Margulis Lin ( 林雨夢 ) 分享以色列創新的秘密。由商學院創新創業辦公室李佳玲主任主持介紹引言，引導政大同學了解創業、參與創業。主任更介紹創新創業辦公室推動創新、連結海外學校、未來也有機會讓同學跟以色列的大學、創新加速器進行海外參訪與交流。透過 Meital Margulis Lin 分享，除了讓同學更了解以色列這個國家，更讓同學深刻認識以色列創新的秘密。
Meital Margulis Lin 分享一開始便用愛因斯坦所說的“想像力超過所有的知識”當作開場白，更用自己在 2011年到台灣學中文，再從台北到基隆的火車上遇見現在的老公，打開同學的想像力。Meital Margulis Lin 更透過一些具體數字介紹以色列驚人實力，以色列公司在美國上市數量全球第三、研發人員佔全國人口 10 ％ 、新創公司世界密度第一（世界矽谷之稱）、佔全球 0.2 ％ 人口卻有 20 % 諾貝爾獎得主從這裡誕生、知名公司包括Wix、Fiverr、icq……。講者更分享六個以色列成功的秘密，包括你有多渴望？跳脫框架、虎之霸、我為人人，人人為我、團結力量、幸福、我可以做什麼。
以色列從小就教育小孩，現實往往與理想不同，擁抱失敗是很重要的價值觀。講者更強調，“ 失敗跟成功未必是相反的 ”，你或許在某些事情上是失敗，但是卻在背後造成很多改變，帶來很多的成功。 Meital Margulis Lin 更介紹以色列獨有的詞彙“ 虎之霸 ”，這個形容詞代表了很多以色列人的精神，拒絕被現有的框架匡住，能夠自信、直率地表達自己的觀點與想法。除了敢做夢、敢言的精神與文化，以色列也因為全民國防的施行，讓我為人人，人人為我的文化能夠貫徹。講者也比較台灣的團隊文化與以色列的差別，以色列的公司擅長把產品、服務從 0 做到 1，台灣則適合利用團隊架構、公司治理把公司、團隊從 1 做到 100。
這次的 “ 揭開以色列的秘密 ” 分享會，不但讓同學打開了視野，看見且深入了解以色列創新的原因、元素，更透過 Meital Margulis Lin 講者的演說，讓同學對於自己過去的教育經驗、未來的職涯發展都有所反思與想法上的激盪。
Uncovering the Innovation Secrets of Israel / Press Release ( English )

In the evening of June 3rd 2020, the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship ( OIE ) invited the founder of Taiwanit Dream LTD, Meital Margulis Lin, to share the secrets of Israeli innovation. The introduction was presided over by Li Jialing, director of the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship ( OIE ), to guide students to understand entrepreneurship. The director also introduced the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship ( OIE ) to promote innovation, connect overseas schools, and have opportunities for students to visit and exchange with Israeli universities and innovation accelerators in the future. Sharing through Meital Margulis Lin, in addition to letting students know more about the country of Israel, also let students deeply understand the secrets of Israeli innovation.
Meital Margulis Lin shared the words of Einstein “ Imagination is more important than knowledge. ” as a starting point, and used his own study of Chinese in Taiwan in 2011, then met the current husband on the train from Taipei to Keelung to opened Students' imagination. Meital Margulis Lin introduced Israel's amazing strength through some specific figures. Israeli companies are listed in the US stock market as the third largest in the world, R&D personnel account for over 10% of the national population, and startups rank first in the world in density ( the name of the world's Silicon Valley ). Besides, 20% of Nobel Prize winners were born here, and well-known companies include Wix, Fiverr, icq... The speaker shared six secrets of Israel’s success, including how much do you desire, Out of the frame, the tiger's overlord.
Israel educates children from an early age that the reality is often different from ideals, embracing failure is a very important value. The speaker further emphasized that " failure is not necessarily the opposite of success ". You may be a failure in some things, but it has caused many changes and brought a lot of success behind. Meital Margulis Lin also introduced Israel's unique vocabulary " Tiger's Overlord." This adjective represents the spirit of many Israelis, refusing to be entangled by the existing framework, and being able to express his views and ideas confidently and bluntly. In addition to the spirit and culture of daring to dream and speak, Israel also encourages teamwork because of the implementation of national defense. Speakers also compared the differences between Taiwan’s team culture and Israel. Israeli companies are good at making products and services from 0 to 1. Taiwan is suitable for using team structure and corporate governance to make companies and teams from 1 to 100.
This “ Uncovering the Secrets of Israel ” sharing not only opened up students’ horizons, but also help students have a deeply understood of the causes and elements of Israeli innovation. This sharing also gave students a good opportunity to reflect about their past education experience and future career plan.
