▍Investor Relations ▍
- Understand clients’ needs, design and implement effective investor relations strategies and build long-term relationships with clients
- Monitor global stock market trends and reviews to compile insightful IR briefing reports
- Research into clients’ financial results, business and operational performance and competitive edges over peers
- Analyze shareholding structure and major institutional shareholder movements, identify and source potential institutional investors and/or analyst coverage opportunities, conduct investor/analyst outreach, and arrange roadshows that could ultimately improve clients’ shareholder structure and liquidity
- Conduct in-depth research on institutional investors, including target funds, research method, investment style and approach, as well as fund managers' market views
- Develop and proofread IR announcements, fillings and presentation decks for listed companies
- Provide meeting support to ICA corporate access events. Attend global investor conferences and clients’ roadshows.
- Collect investor/analyst feedback and develop reports following client events and roadshows
- Support ad-hoc requests regarding investor relationship management, investor research and other IR-related matters
- Review listed companies’ IR strategies and provide innovative ideas to clients
▍Financial Communications ▍
- Maintain a strong understanding of client business and strategy, economic models, financial results, industry trends, and operational development
- Provide media relations support – conducting research, maintaining, and building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, and managing media relationships and opportunities
- Serve as a day-to-day coordinator on a diverse roster of financial services industry client accounts and/or sub-projects, focusing on financial services policy
- Manage multiple projects, including task and deadline tracking, for multiple clients from concept to completion
- Developing or proofreading written materials (e.g., communications plans, strategy memos, rollouts, press releases, message tracks, pitch letters, Q&As, etc.)
- Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and cultural news and prepare coverage reports
- Generate media outreach strategies and pitch stories regularly
