Corporate Development team (Corp Dev) at Micron is a lean, but high performing team. We are responsible for making the decisions to grow and restructure businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve organizational excellence. The purpose of Corp Dev is to create value for Micron through actions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, venture investments (direct and indirect through LP investments), and business transactions that leverage Micron’s platform.
As an intern in the team, responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- You will be performing strategic and quantitative analysis
- You will be participating in due diligence
- You will be supporting the development of insights and recommendations for managements
- You will be developing market landscapes and overview of semiconductor ecosystem
- You will be evaluating new opportunities aligned with Micron’s strategic objectives
To be successful in this role:
- You have strong strategic and quantitative skills
- You have strong inter-person skills and are a team player
- You have excellent attention to details and strong multitasking skills
- You are comfortable working with a global team
- You have a deep knowledge of MS office, including financial modeling and presentation
