Aberdeen Standard Investment Taiwan is looking for an off cycle intern who is fine to work full time from Jul to Aug 2018 and work part time(3 days a week) from Sep to Dec 2018. The intern will have various exposure on general marketing/digital marketing related functions. He/she will be coached by senior asset management professionals and learn precious international asset management industry marketing practices.
The qualifications and job responsibility is as following:
Basic qualification
• Senior student at his/her last year of bachelor/master program preferred.
· The candidate should commit to work with the company from Jul to Dec 2018 (Full time in summer vacation then switches to part time from Sep to Dec).
• Major in business/advertisement/media/Integrated marketing communication related field preferred.
· Basic understanding of asset management Industry is a plus
· Interested in seeking career opportunities in asset management related field.
· Good command of English.
· Securities investment trust and consulting professional (投信投顧業務員) license preferred.
Job responsibility
· Undertake regular administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
· Support assistant marketing manager in organizing various projects such as product launch, events and website maintenance
· Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to facilitate their success
· Update marketing literature (factsheets, company documents etc) and post online content on the company’s website
· Ad-hoc assistance to other marketing related efforts.
