Duration: 12-month Internship Programme (June 2026 - June 2027)

The team you will join
Fidelity is a fantastic place to learn and grow. As an intern, you will join one of the following teams: Institutional Sales, Wholesale Sales, General Marketing, Client Services, Strategic Project, Investment Management or Product
Development. These teams play a key role in driving Fidelity’s growth in Taiwan—ranging from developing products and delivering investment solutions to building client relationships and expanding new business opportunities.

What you will be doing
Throughout the 12-month programme, you will work on meaningful projects and gain exposure to Fidelity’s investment management processes and operational functions. This is a rare opportunity to deepen your understanding of investment products, sales channels, marketing, and client services. At the end of the programme, you will present your research findings and recommendations to our global team.

You’ll contribute to work that makes a meaningful difference to our clients. By providing invaluable support to your team, you will help our clients invest and plan for the future they want.

How you will be supported
You’ll start with a welcome session and an orientation, where you’ll meet your fellow interns and find out all about us and our work. Once the programme begins, you’ll learn every day – from the experts around you and through tackling real projects. Our focus will be on supporting you to gain experience and discover what kind of future you could build in our industry.

What we are looking for
It’s who you are that matters here, not what you study. We look for interns who are analytical, curious, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in investment. Strong English proficiency is required due to the international nature of our business.
