As a global leader in eye care, Alcon develops and manufactures innovative products covering the full spectrum of vision care needs, including contact lenses and ocular health products. As a VC Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the vision care category by supporting key marketing projects and daily product management activities. This internship offers exposure to both consumer marketing and eyecare professional (ECP) marketing, allowing you to develop commercial acumen, market insights, and practical marketing skills in a leading healthcare company. The successful candidate is expected to work at least 2 days per week, with an anticipated start date in late June.

Major Responsibilities

1. Customer marketing project: 

-Support commercial and product management daily operations to contribute to business KPI achievement.

-Assist in developing, adapting, and optimizing online and offline marketing materials, including:    

In‑store materials (window displays, Alcon corner, POSM)    

Digital assets (E‑commerce platforms, LINE, websites)

-Coordinate internal review and approval processes via Veeva / DOH systems.

-Conduct market analysis, including market trends, consumer insights, pricing index, and competitor analysis.

2. Eyecare Professional marketing project:

-Support the adaptation and optimization of product education materials for ECPs and HCPs.

-Assist with:    

Sales aids and educational materials    

Video translation and localization    

ECP/HCP marketing events and meetings
