Department Description

The Client Service (CS) is part of the Client Group team and is overseen by the Head of Client Group. The Client Group team consists of various sub-teams, including Products, Marketing, Intermediary Sales, Insurance, Institutional Sales, and CS. The CS team provides internal coordination support to both the intermediary and institutional sales teams. The responsibilities span across several service areas, such as client onboarding, product onboarding, agreement review, account opening KYC, operation troubleshooting (transfer agency), Salesforce management, ongoing AML due diligence, trailer payment verification, and handling investor inquiries etc.

 

Purpose of your role

The role is required to provide active assistance with Client Due Diligence requirements.  In addition, the role is required to provide immediate assistance to distributors for ad-hoc product requests.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • KYC Database maintenance
  • Prepare Daily Screening Review report and resolve screening alerts
  • Follow-up investigations on WorldCheck hits, FSC penalty announcement, negative news
  • Conduct Individual Screening and finalize Review report (ASL, MOEA changes etc)
  • Ongoing AML/KYC Solution support
  • To assist with ongoing FI sanction log, Financial Crime Mgmt Info
  • To assist with regular AML requests from distributors (UBO & Senior Mgmt declaration, Internal Control Declaration)
  • To assist with new AC opening KYC documentation
  • To assist with ad-hoc requests from the regulator (inspection, survey, etc.)
  • To assist with mandates related requests (Monthly Report Delivery, periodical review on portfolio list, investment book update etc.)
  • To assist with product on-shelf requests
  • To provide administrative support (document filing & scanning, expenses reports etc..)

 

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Good work ethic and good working attitude
  • Good command of English
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Be comfortable with a large volume of repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS office applications (Word, Excel)
  • SITCA license preferred
