Department Description

Schroders Taiwan Marketing and Communication Department is responsible for branding awareness and product promotion campaigns via multi channels and tools.  In order to deliver globally consistent and creative image of Schroders, Marketing department has a very close and strong communication network across regions. Through the resource sharing, local initiatives, regional campaigns and global projects, the vision of Schroders Taiwan Marketing is international perspective.

 

In addition to traditional media strategy, Schroders Taiwan Marketing team is adding more resource on digital communications. We are focusing more on the digital analytics to measure and analyze the digital data which illustrate user behavior in digital marketing tools to enhance communication efficiency.

Purpose of your role     

The position will act as a Marketing assistant mainly in relevant marketing content production support and regular marketing reporting support/translation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to meet channel marketing requests from the Client group, including the production and delivery of marketing materials. Support the team with regular tasks such as filing marketing materials with regulatory bodies like SITCA, editing content on the website CMS, and consolidating and summarizing daily news exposure. Demonstrate a quick grasp of marketing terminology and refine/translate materials as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards. This requires close collaboration and regular reporting to marketing officers.
  •  Participate in marketing campaign projects as a team member, contributing to overall planning, content and creative planning, analytics, and event support.
  • The ideal candidate owns good capability in content creation by all marketing formats and is analytical, innovative and execution-excellence.

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Major in Finance or Marketing related study
  • Excellent skills in English and Chinese to translate product specs and investment papers.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Work with passion and willingness to handle multi-tasks under time pressure.
  • Passionate about marketing job in finance industry.
  • Strong motivation to learn in Asset management industry.
  • Preferred with SITE license
