- End-to-End Clinical Trial Experience:
Get involved in the full clinical trial process, from Site Activation (SIV) to Interim Monitor Visits (IMV), and support contract management and site care, ensuring smooth trial execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration, including but not limited-
- Study Start Up phase- Contribute to Investigator Initiation Package (IIP) preparation and IRB/IEC activities, ensuring compliance across all participating sites and gaining insight into regulatory processes.
- Site Contract & Budget Support- Assist with site contract management, track payment milestones, and ensure all preparations before SIV are in place to maintain contract accuracy and financial clarity.
Risk Management & Data Maintenance:
Learn how to identify site risks, support SIV/IMV preparation, and ensure data completeness during on site visit, while assisting with risk mitigation and follow-up actions to maintain quality and compliance. - 職缺需求：
- 1. 醫藥相關背景
2. 具備良好的英文閱讀、資料整理、數據分析及報表製作能力
3. 熟悉Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）基本操作
4. 對臨床試驗與患者安全有高度熱忱，重視品質與合規（ICH‑GCP 概念)
5. 溝通與跨部門協作能力佳；能以中英文撰寫簡報與工作摘要
6. 具時間管理與自我驅動力 - 薪資福利：
