Job Description

 

As a New Business Development Manager/Director, you will be responsible for contributing to the commercial success.

This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting, to product demonstration, managing product trials, engaging multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process, through to closing the sale.

 

The New Business Development Manager/Director owns initiative and identify/prospect new business sales leads and nurture through the full sales cycle to successfully meet monthly targets.

 

1. Develop and execute monthly business plan - identifying potential clients, forecasting, product demonstrations through Video Conferencing and managing live client trials to ensure monthly quota achieved.
2. Identify sales support requirements and collaborate with team members to achieve better results and improve sales tools.
3. Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns.
4. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Keep abreast of marketing & communication industry knowledge and competitor activities.

 

Role Requirements

1. Demonstrate track record of exceeding sales targets, and attention to detail on all client communication with a solutions focused & consultative sales approach.
2. Self-motivated to effectively manage full sales cycle pipeline, including accurate forecasting.
3. Inquisitive with the ability to work on own initiative to find answers & deliver solutions.
4. Proactively identifying new leads, process driven for accurate forecasting & internal reporting and always working on the next opportunity.
