【Corporate Management Trainee Program】
This Management Trainee Program at JRG is a three-year developmental program in commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales, R&D, Digital Operation & Supply Chain.
Throughout the three years, you will be placed in challenging roles to develop critical skills like influencing, creative problem solving, critical thinking and entrepreneurship. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with professional guidance from senior business leaders to support your development at JRG.
We will also provide opportunities for overseas training during the training period, you will get exposure regionally and learn with other trainees from Asia countries.
A 36 months program includes: 2 months front-line training in Pizza Hut and KFC, 30 months functional rotations in 3-5 departments and 4 months oversea attachment. Landing as a managerial role after completing the training program successfully.
【Requirement】
1. Higher Diploma or above graduation in any discipline with less than 2 years full time working experience is preferred.
2. Passionate to continue grow and develop career with the company.
3. High agility and can work under pressure.
4. Good analytical skill and detail-minded.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

3. 計劃介紹：透過為期三年的訓練計畫，快速成長成為全方位的專業人才。培訓內容包含2個月的門市訓練 (Pizza Hut必勝客、KFC肯德基)、5個部門實習、4個月的海外訓練。在快速變化的工作環境當中，發展專業技能，其中包含營運、行銷企劃、產品研發、電商、數據分析、供應鏈管理等。另外安排高階主管專業指導，使得您在集團得以獲得發展。
