What you'll be doing:

Accountable for managing and communicating process, material readiness, build schedule exercises and communicating status back to the larger team in headquarter.

Drive factory NPI teams to efficiently and effectively on BOM/ECO check and implementation.

Manage product compliance activities.

Lead and facilitate NPI meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering associates during process development, pilot, and ramp-up of manufacturing.

Help with internal process improvements; remove gaps, across multiple teams and functions.
What we need to see:
-
Master degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese and documentation skills
-
Strong observational and analytical skills, including ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.

Organized and efficient in time-management, capable of multi-tasking, ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

ability to clearly communicate and resolve issues with a wide variety of people and demands and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates.
