MagiCapital (東博資本), a private equity firm focusing on growth capital investments in the Greater China region, has been offering internship program every year since 2014. And now, with the same team in AchiCapital (仲方資本), pre-eminent semiconductor focused PE fund in Greater China, we will continue to offer 1‐year internship program to undergraduate and graduate students. The mentorship program trains mentees to have productive conversations and interactions with mentors, providing mentees with career development tools and resources to accomplish set goals in the future.
The overall purpose of this role is to gain experience and training while assisting with the projects,
◆ Research industries and businesses through data compilation and analysis
◆ Present on research findings and recommendations
◆ Support the preparation of financial models and investment memos
◆ Participate in transaction execution and liaise with 3rd party professionals
◆ Attend industry forums and company visits
◆ Assist office administration work
